• MBA/PGDM degree in any specialization from a recognized institution.
• Works closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• Should have ability to identify opportunities and possess the skills to develop them profitably.
• Should be well versed with Microsoft office.
• Highly customer-focused and result-oriented.
• Strong selling, Influencing and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Strong people management skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
