Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring store operations run smoothly by replenishing stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing the store for the next day business
This position offers flexible hours to accommodate your personal and professional commitments
Your contributions will be essential to maintaining Walmart high standards of customer satisfaction
Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
Replenish shelves, displays, and sales areas to ensure products are well-stocked and easily accessible
Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom storage and stock areas
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete assigned duties efficiently
Conduct product inspections to ensure items are in excellent condition and meet company standards
Assist with inventory control by monitoring product levels and updating stock records
Follow safety protocols to minimize risks during lifting and handling operations
Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and maintain a friendly, cooperative atmosphere
Willingness to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
On-the-job training will be provided to ensure all new hires are familiar with processes and procedures
Working Hours
Flexible night shift schedules between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Shift duration may vary from 4 to 10 hours based on operational needs and your availability
Weekend and holiday shifts may be required
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
