WAM Broadridge JD
Preferred skills:
• Prior Client facing experience
• Experience in one or more of the Broadridge platforms like BPS / GLOSS / MOS / CORE / QSR / Nina
• Techno functional knowledge of Core Wealth / Asset management with good exposure to at least one Broadridge settlement system
• Wealth and Asset management professionals with delivery (technical / functional / project management) expertise and prior work experience with Asset management / wealth management / investment banks
• Strong Technical architecture skills & acumen
• Experience of leading / working in cross-geography delivery team
• Experience of working in a multi-vendor scenario
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills with ability to articulate complex topics in simple terms
Your client responsibilities:
• Primary point of contact throughout the life of your project
• Early identification of project risks
• Contingency and scenario planning
• Rapid resolution of any issues
• Scope change management
• Resource and budget management
• Ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met on time and in full
• Monitoring the progress of the project
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Integration / implementation of the platform
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
• Willing to be cross trained and work on any of the industry focused wealth and asset management packages

• Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Keeping the project team focused on a common set of objectives

Other skills:
• Sectorial experience in financial services / capital markets, with domain knowledge on different asset classes across front office, middle office and back office for either or both “buy” and “sell” side of business
• Technical experience delivering project with one of the technologies like Java / Python / Angular / React /.Net stack / AS400 / Mainframe
• Integration with upstream / downstream or third-party systems e.g. DTCC, Routers, Broadridge etc
• Should Posses high-level understanding of data model and application/business architecture around the package
• Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.
• Understand high-level business requirements and relate them to appropriate technical solutions
• Define and validate integration / data requirements for package as per client requirements
• Show in-depth knowledge on CFA concepts like portfolio management, wealth planning, Fixed income, Equity, Settlements, Alternate investment, Derivatives etc
• Good Leadership skills
