Roles and Responsibilities
• Role specific naturally driven by Customer Relationship Manager, precisely deliverance to adequately provide an efficient service to the on existence client services, besides new customer acquisition.
• Sufficiently develop & faithfully execute consumer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
• Adequately prepare a specific set of universal customer relationship procedures & properly apply them at every elevated level
• Carefully analyse Customer Behaviour and accurately measure their potential impact on business outcomes to update strategies.
• Respond positively and satisfactorily resolve business complaints quickly and efficiently
• Divide regulars into diverse classes based on common characteristics like key demographics or eccentric behaviours and personalise the holistic approach effectively
• Graciously extend effective promotional activities to optimise sales growth and clientele retention.
• Use existing customer data to undoubtedly gain creative leads and potential clients
• Properly understand previous consumer attitudes to better engage current customers.
• Positively identify new and more cost effective communication channels like WhatsApp, email, SMO and API with prospective purchasers.
• Correctly identify the most efficient habitué interaction approaches & prioritise them accordingly.
• Naturally keep them updated about the latest collections & special offers to progressively increase potential sales.
• Enthusiastically adopt new trends & effective strategies to progressively expand the customer base like upselling and cross-selling.
• Carefully coordinate various departments in practical terms of their customer interactions and sufficiently establish a possible way to naturally increase the elevated level and organisational effectiveness of their active cooperation.
