Wanted SALES EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) For SITE Sales - REAL ESTATE- Sector Company in BANGALORE. Education : Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing Experience : More than 5+ Years Experience Preferable in SITE Sales Salary : UpTo Rs.30,000/- (Depending on Work Background & Experience) Benefits : Other Benefits - Good Sales Languages : Kannada, English Hindi SALES EXECUTIVE- Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain systems to capture regular market information and changing residential customer preferences & Candidate should have past experience of dealing in Site Sales Handle residential customer enquiries via different channels (Telephone, E-Mail, Agents, Walk-In etc.); Develop a rapport with customers and arrange personally take the customer on site visits Follow-up with customers to close bookings and collect timely payments Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to the Manager or MD Prepare MIS for residential sales on a timely basis; Periodically submit the same to the Manager Sales Periodical visit to the market to assess competitive products. To develop a network of channel partners. To carry out sales activates at corporate/apartment associations Skills: Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. Knowledge of Product Range. Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses. Knowledge of Brand Management Prior experience of sales in either real estate.
