Job Title: Security Guard
Job Summary: Technopark Jobs is seeking dedicated Security Guards to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor and operate security cameras and other electronic security devices.
• Perform security checks and inspections according to established procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate authorities.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observational and surveillance skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Experience: Previous experience in security-related roles is preferred.
Working Hours: Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of basic security and fire inspection procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
