Reports To: Regional Head Sales Enterprise Solution
Key Result areas
• Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship of working capital customers
• Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide banking and investment solutions to meet various needs of the customer
• Continuous monitoring of the existing customer portfolio
• Ensure timely servicing of interest by customers and maintain portfolio health
• Provide complete and comprehensive information on various products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.
• Key skills needed
• Ability to negotiate and interact with people
• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Ability to understand processes and products & use that knowledge to add value to the customer
• Basic credit knowledge to understand business of the customer and assess his bank funding requirement (Working Capital/ Term loan)

Professional Qualification
• Graduate in any stream (B. Com preferred) with sales experience of minimum 4 to 12 years
