1. Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of the house keeping department and also provide safe, pleasant, pest free and infection free environment in the hospital premises.
2. Monitor allocation of duties to the concerned housekeeping staff.
3. Coordinating with the contract agency personnel regarding required manpower.
4. Allocating supervisors for each and every floor and monitoring their performance.
5. Conduct daily rounds in all the clinical areas & non clinical areas.
6. Interact with the concerned in charges and take feedback.
7. Check compliance in the checklist filled by house keeping supervisors.
8. Coordinate with the department HOD’s and schedule cleaning sessions.
+. Coordinate with maintenance department for the timely repairs if any.
Bio waste:
10. Check the compliance for the segregation of waste during the daily ward rounds.
11. Monitor waste transportation from wards to the bio-waste storage room and its maintenance.
12. Coordinate with contract agency for timely lifting of bio waste from the hospital.
Linen:
13. Responsible for maintaining required stock of linen.
14. On time procurement of required linen.
15. Monitoring usage of linen in wards during the daily rounds.
16. Coordinating with the laundry vendor for any discrepancies and timely delivery of fresh linen.
Training of staff:
17. Organize training sessions for supervisors and house keeping staff.
18. Conducting pre and post training evaluations and update the same in HR department.
Inventory maintenance:
1+. Responsible to check quality of material procured.
20. Responsible for required inventory maintenance.
Patient feedbacks:
21. Analyze the feedback received from the patients and take corrective and preventive measures required.
Pest control:
22. To monitor the daily pest control activities in the hospital.
Tailoring department.
23. Responsible for maintain the monthly linen required and ensure the linen and surgical mops are in stock.
Office Boy:
24. Monitor the allocation of the office boys at the concerned department.
25. Provide the training to the office boys and monitor their performance.
Others:
26. Make the necessary arrangements for events organized in the hospital.
27. Provide the additional staff in case of emergencies.
28. Coordinate activities required by the house keeping staff during emergency codes.
2+. Perform any duties as assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
