This role includes an RSU allowance of £1,446 per annum on top of your salary. The hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday with some flexibility expected to provide out of hours management oversight as part of the Forensic on call rota system. The successful candidate needs to have experience and competence in utilising PEACE intervention to provide leadership and support in Managing violence and aggression. This role will include effective liaison with capital project workers, project managers, builders and contractors, Human Resources, staff groups, members of all disciplines and service users, among others.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland. We are an equal opportunities employer.
