Ward Staff Nurse

Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition regularly.

• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments safely and accurately.

• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and patient examinations.

• Provide bedside care including wound dressing, catheterization, and other nursing interventions.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in the ward.

• Educate patients and their families regarding health care plans, medication, and recovery processes.

• Document patient care, treatment charts, and medical records accurately.

• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and provide emotional support.
