Position Details:
Start Date: July 6, 2026
End Date: August 22, 2026
Rate of Pay: $18 / Hour
The Costume Technician will work closely with the Head of Wardrobe and Costume Designer in the delivery of New West Theatre summer programming.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with working with cutting and sewing of costumes
Must be comfortable interpreting costume designs, patters and cutting
Assisting with costume storage management
Running costumes and wardrobe changes during the Summer Production
Laundering costumes nightly
Other duties as required
All applicants will have completed some post-secondary training in the live entertainment industry or have equivalent work experience in the sector. A valid driver’s license and vehicle is beneficial.
