We’re looking for a Wardrobe Production Scheduler to manage scheduling for our wardrobe manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll ensure production runs smoothly, delivery deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain wardrobe production schedules.
Coordinate delivery runs and liaise directly with customers.
Manage lead-time changes and resolve capacity issues.
Attend production meetings and report on progress.
Support logistics to uphold quality and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and administration skills.
Previous scheduling or rostering experience is highly regarded.
Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing challenging conversations.
Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
