Duties & Responsibilities-
• Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings.
• Arranging post and deliveries.
• Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Responsibility for maintaining online product pricing & plans ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate & timely manner.
• Work with E- commerce Product manager on all aspects of the e-Shop including sales and marketing campaigns. Build, test and deploy new campaigns.
Key Skill-Proven organisation skills, attention to detail, follow-through and time management skills. Strong written/verbal communication skills, analytical, math and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service focus.
Education – Graduate in any Discipline
Relevant Experience - Minimum 1 yr to 2 yr of Exp.
Salary up to 15,000/- to 18,000/- as per Experience
