Role Overview:
The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This position involves managing inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing stock, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and maintain stock records in the warehouse management system.
Prepare packing lists, invoices, delivery dockets, and other shipment documentation.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and update stock levels accordingly.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal staff.
Support the warehouse team with general administrative tasks and reporting.
Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and data entry.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of one year experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
