DQ Group is a leading IT, Print & Solutions company with its headquarters based in the City of London. Due to continued growth DQ Group are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor based at our office in West Drayton. This role reports to the MPS Service Manager.

Job description:

·Keep stock levels accurate

·Liaising with suppliers

·Keep a tight control of stock movement

·Dealing with problems as they arise

·Signing off and checking invoices

·Running month end reports

·Dealing with end of year stock control procedure

·Controlling engineer car stocks

·Management of staff under your control

·Keeping a careful record of the stock on the CBS management system

·Help DQ with the move to a new service software platform

·General management of staff and operational tasks to include

·Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

·Receiving goods into stock and checking for damaged or missing items

·Taking goods to the appropriate storage space

·Picking and packing goods ordered ready for collection by our couriers.

What are we looking for:

·A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a warehouse/logistics environment is essential.

·Strong communication skills

·Health and safety knowledge in a warehouse environment

·Must exhibit a good degree of organisational and time management skills

·Understanding of CBS software is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
