Purpose of the Internship
As an intern, you’ll support the Warehouse and Supplies team in its daily operations. Under the supervision of the team lead, you’ll take part in merchandise receiving and shipping, store request preparation, and various logistical tasks essential to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in merchandise shipping and receiving activities
Sort incoming parcels and pallets and place them in designated areas
Perform various warehouse tasks: picking, packing, organizing lockers, and assisting with ad hoc projects
Support the team with shipments using different carrier systems
Help prepare store requests
Ensure supplies are available for shipments, returns, and restocking
Distribute parcels to various departments
Help organize and maintain the warehouse space regularly
Maintain clear communication between departments and provide great internal service
Comply with C-TPAT standards at all times
Perform any other related tasks as needed

Reliable and flexible: You’re dependable and able to adapt quickly
Detail-oriented and thorough: You pay attention to detail, even with repetitive tasks
Proactive: You take initiative and know how to prioritize tasks efficiently
Service-minded: You’re committed to supporting internal teams with care
Punctual and independent: You manage your time and responsibilities well
Comfortable with physical work: You’re able to regularly lift medium-weight loads (25 to 45 lbs)
Requirements
Experience in general labor or administrative support is an asset
