About the Role
We are looking for a practical and dependable Warehouse Assistant / All-Rounder to join our team. This is a varied role supporting warehouse operations, logistics, and light production work.
Initially, the role will be broad and flexible. Over time, there is potential for the position to become more focused on operating a simple, semi-automatic slitting machine used to cut cardboard cores to size. No prior machine experience is required — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
General warehouse duties including picking, packing, palletising, and stock handling
Loading and unloading containers
Local deliveries and collections
Assisting with production using basic, easy-to-learn machinery
Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workshop
Assisting other team members and machine operators as required
Performing general duties as needed to support the business
About You
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
Comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse environment
Willing to learn and assist across different tasks
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Previous warehouse or factory experience is beneficial but not required
Valid driver's licence preferred for delivery and collection duties
Must have valid Australian work rights
