Responsibilities

The Warehouse Assistant will assist, be flexible, independent, and motivated

This person will be trained on multiple responsibilities, as our business requires and individual who can adapt, and interact across multiple departments

Maintain detailed records of all order deliveries, including out of state deliveries, date of delivery, method of delivery, and scheduling deliveries

Receive items by unpacking containers and receive items in the business system

Verify items received by checking identifying information of items; inspect condition of items; compare count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list

Prepare and ship customer’s orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards

Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure correct delivery time to destination

Work with sales force to coordinate complex deliveries to multiple locations for numerous appointments, including processing return shipments from clients

Maintain warehouse and office supply inventory by marking and placing items in stock; establishing inventory reorder points; reporting items to be reordered; work with our factories to maintain intercompany supplies

Record all items that enter or leave the building, creating OFS with the team

Organize, prepare, and document clothing for donations

Provide general support to the store and offices, set up special events, maintain a clean and organized showroom, storage, and back stock inventory

Assist other departments with ongoing projects as assigned

Perform other related duties as assigned

Hours: Mon – Fri +AM – 6PM
