Job Description -

Oversee and coordinate daily operations on the floor.
Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff.
Supervise and guide employees in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts among the team members.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall organizational efficiency.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the floor.
Skills required -

Proven experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Good in communication
Knowledge in computer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
