Job Description
Hands-on management of warehouse workflow and operations
Book delivery appointments and arrange courier pick-ups
Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations
Assign daily tasks, motivate team members, and monitor performance
Assist employees and help troubleshoot operational issues
Participate in hands-on picking, packing, and shipping of orders at day’s end
Process data and enter goods received into the system
Accurately receive and process distributions
Train warehouse employees as required
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a warehouse.
Experience with shipping/receiving.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to perform physical work
Strong computer skills
Bilingual: French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Head Office located in Newfoundland
