Product Assembly, Decoration & Warehouse Support | CUSTOM GEAR AUS
Sydney, NSW | Full-Time - Permanent Part-Time (min. 28 hours) | Immediate Start

About the Role
You’ll support day-to-day order prep, packing, decoration, and shipping from our Sydney location. The role includes hands-on work across assembly, warehouse logistics, and liaising with our production and sales teams to help deliver branded products on time.
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and ready to get stuck in.
Prior experience in production, fulfilment, or decoration is a plus—but not essential. Attitude is everything.
Key Responsibilities
Product assembly and order packing for client jobs
Support decoration tasks: vinyl transfer, DTF, embroidery, and heat pressing (training provided)
Assist with warehouse tasks: stock in/out, order prep, dispatch
Maintain accuracy in the CRM and internal tracking tools
Raise purchase orders with suppliers and confirm job details
Help manage workflow and production deadlines
Some Good to Haves
Hands-on experience in production or warehouse environments
Familiarity with DTF, embroidery, vinyl transfer, or screen printing a huge bonus
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
