Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Shift Schedule: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will work a 5-day week, with varying shifts between 6:00pm and 2:30am and 10:00pm and 6:30am. This role requires the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $21-$22 per hour, based on shift schedule.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a cold environment and is available for immediate hire.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working in a team environment to achieve set goals and productivity standards.
• Following safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Meeting accuracy standards with attention to detail when receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Following warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Consistently meeting productivity standards and adapting to changing priorities.
• Working in a dynamic environment that may be hot or cold, depending on the season.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse is an asset, but not required.
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to carry, twist, push, pull products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Counting accuracy is essential in this role.
