Summary: The Warehouse Associate 1 - Labeler plays a key role in ensuring the accurate labeling and organization of paper rolls following company standards and client requirements
This position also involves cross-training in sweeper operation and janitorial tasks, contributing to the warehouse's overall cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work in a dynamic environment
Accurately label paper rolls according to company standards and client requirements
Inspect and verify labels for accuracy and legibility
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in general warehouse duties as needed
Operate a warehouse sweeper to keep the floors clean and hazard-free
Perform janitorial tasks, including but not limited to:
Removing trash
Cleaning restrooms
Ensuring common areas remain tidy and organized
Ability to stand, sit, squat, crawl, bend, twist, and/or kneel for up to 12-hour periods and repetitively
Exposure to varying temperatures
Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection
Use hands and fingers to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights
Utilize muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds

What You'll Be Doing:

What You Need:
A. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
B. Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
• Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Previous warehouse or janitorial experience is a plus but not preferred.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
