ALfa Associate
As an ALfa Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for blue and grey collar jobs within the industry. You will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and job fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Good to have:
Previous experience in blue or grey collar recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
