Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate at DHL, you will play a pivotal role in our logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and processing of products to meet customer demands and operational goals
Operate powered equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products accurately and safely
Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Organize and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying type and quantity as per customer orders
Scrutinize product quality, labeling, and quantities against customer orders to ensure precise outgoing shipments
Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks and oversee power supply as required to support continuous operations
Identify and document discrepancies such as unavailable products or damages, managing OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) items effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility and equipment, conducting routine inspections
Support physical inventory processes, participating in counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
