Job Description
Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Process product returns, restock items, and document product defects or damages.
Coordinate logistics and outbound shipments with transport companies to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Including the preparation of shipping and customs documentation.
Participate in hands-on problem solving related to product placement, workflow efficiency, and shipping challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards, including participation in safety inspections and hazard prevention activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Inventory Control & Reporting
Maintain and update accurate inventory records within inventory management systems.
Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory transfers between departments or locations.
Collaborate with third-party fulfillment centers to ensure accurate stock levels and clear communication on inbound and outbound shipments.
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal inventory policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Customer Service Support
Answer customer service tickets related to product inquiries, shipping issues, order status, and returns.
Work collaboratively with customer service and other teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience, including inventory control.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and procurement procedures.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Experience using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail with a hands-on approach to daily activities.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and apply solutions to operational challenges.
Knowledge of relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Working Conditions
Full-time position with occasional overtime as required.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
Fast-paced warehouse environment requiring multitasking and frequent movement.
Possible exposure to varying weather conditions depending on facility layout and location.

Pay: $17.20-$24.87 per hour
