Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receives and stores materials, tools, equipment, and products according to predetermined sequences.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
Marks materials with identifying information and records amounts received or distributed.
Weighs or counts items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Arranges stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers.
Uses computers to enter records and completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.
Maintains inventory records and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous event-based warehouse attendant experience is preferred but not required.
The ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods is essential.
Medium-weight cut gloves must be worn when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning slicers.
