Let the good times roll! The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing, picking and distributing stock in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve productivity targets across Topgolf Gold Coast. A Warehouse Attendant will be required to be familiar with Food & Beverage and Retail products.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure inwards stock is temperature checked (if applicable), processed, stored or distributed, with accuracy within economical time frames. All within safety guidelines.
Ensure stock is picked in accordance with the daily requirements.
Ensure all stock discrepancies, soiled stock and damages are brought to the attention of the Warehouse Senior and Kitchen Administration Assistant
Ensure programmed and immediate stock maintenance occurs. Conduct cyclic stocktakes as directed by the Inventory Controllers.
Operate vehicles and plant safely and in accordance with Top Golf policies and procedures. Unload and locate stock from local and overseas suppliers, including containers in a safe manner.
Maintain & update training manual & kitchen stationery forms as required
What We’re Looking For
Sound understanding of cost of goods (GOGS) and month end posting policies
Good knowledge of kitchen operation
Knowledge of SAP an advantage
Previous experience in stock handling in a warehouse environment
Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Proven ability to safely load and unload vehicles.
Load bearing, pallet stacking, stock rotation experience.
Experience with cyclic and programmed stocktaking
Manual driving licence.
Forklift Licence (is required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
Strong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
Be able to work independently
