WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER | PERMANENT | £ 35,500 - £37,500
As the Warehouse Controller, you will oversee the Receipt Handling and Dispatch operations of the Warehouse Management System at The Park during shift hours, ensuring compliance with agreed service, performance standards, and cost objectives. You will also manage and control the Red Prairie DLx/JDE systems, along with the allocation of tasks within the Work Bank in the warehouse.
Work Pattern: Mon - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 (36.25 Hours per week)
The Key Requirements
• Ensure awareness of both HMRC and SOX compliance, with knowledge of warehouse and transport operations processes and the ability to drive improvements.
• Demonstrate understanding of and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Possess knowledge of relevant IT systems.
• Ability to gather information and identify critical topics needed to address strategic issues.
The Park is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred people and producing twenty-five million +L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m²) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!
