Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and General Manager. Key duties include shipping, receiving, inventory compliance, and general clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Work from general instructions and specifications.
Manage product purchasing/ordering, receiving, and distribution for the Stadium.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems in warehouse storage areas.
Assist with event operations as directed by the General Manager.
Manage warehouse inventory and maintain system controls at all times.
Ensure purchase order system adherence and verify proper specification, size, quantity, etc. of goods received.
Maintain Safety Data Sheets for all products and ensure organized access for personnel.
Oversee stocking levels for each event and rotate/maintain product integrity.
Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness in warehouse, shops, and storage areas.
Perform administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, transferring, storing, sorting, and distributing product.
Handle incoming calls and input inbound & outbound product into the POS (Quest).
Submit invoices to Office Manager for payment.
Complete other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse/inventory management.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple functions and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and commitment to team results.
Ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and training on industry-specific software will be provided.
Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess thorough working knowledge of existing facility locations, including geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Consistently adhere to highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
