This role will coordinate and administer stock movement throughout the business, both incoming and outgoing stock to our retail stores, online as well as our wholesale clients and agents. It requires a strong understanding of a boutique online, retail and wholesale fashion environment.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Main duties include but are but limited to:
Receipt of stock and raw materials into our inventory management system
Coordinate the fulfillment of wholesale orders ensuring delivery timelines are met
Communication with wholesale clients on order confirmation and delivery timelines
Coordinate export which includes obtaining certificate of origin for customers where free trade agreements are in place.
Work with external stakeholders for outbound deliveries (freight forwarders, DHL, etc)
Track orders and manage day to day communications with clients on order management and status
Assist with the management of raw materials inventory accuracy and stock movement, completing stocktakes as and when required
Manage distribution of stock to stores including inter-store transfers through retail management system
Coordinate dispatch of orders according to business area (Retail, Wholesale, Online) using most suitable and cost-effective freight company
Support Retail Manager and Production team on damaged stock and customer returns ensuring the best outcome for the customer, minimising any complaints
Control shipping costs and manage relationships with transport providers.
Maintaining despatch area in a way that drives efficient and accurate stock management
Assisting with the management of our inventory accuracy and stock movement, completing stocktakes as and when required ensuring physical and inventory lines match
Assisting with the ongoing improvement of our order processing operation
QC all incoming stock ensuring all product adheres to strong quality control before dispatch
Creating, update and maintaining product / SKU’s in Vend, our retail management and inventory software as well as Shopify for Online and Xero for accounting, all managed via csv files
Admin duties to support General Manager including wholesale invoicing and payment reconciliation.
Assist in compiling end of season sales data across retail, online and wholesale

Qualifications and Experience
1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
Understanding of POS systems with Shopify and Cin7 experience an advantage
Understanding of Shopify preferred.
Full Victorian drivers licence
Ability to continuously understand product, market, competition status and customer requirements.
Proven track record to achieve/exceed company targets.
