Job Title : Data Entry Operator/Warehouse Executive
Location : Pune (Hinjewadi )
Job Type : Full Time
Salary : 15000 to 18000
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter information into the warehouse management system (WMS), including inventory levels, product descriptions, shipment details, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update data records to ensure all information is current, accurate, and complete.
Process and enter product receipts, orders, returns, and shipments into the system.
Assist in tracking inventory levels and monitor stock movement by updating records in real-time.
Generate inventory reports and assist with periodic stock audits as required.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure data consistency between physical stock and system records.
Manage the filing and storage of all hard-copy documents related to warehouse operations, including receipts, shipping orders, and inventory records.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
1 Year experience in data entry and warehouse operations is preferred .
