• Receive Products From Vendor Deliveries And Unload Trucks At The Loading Docks.
• Compare Packing Lists To Company Purchase Orders And Ensure That The Products In Each Delivery Match The Packing List.
• Update The Product Inventory As Products Are Received And Added To Our Inventory.
• Produce Reports And Statistics Regularly (IN/OUT Status Report, Dead Stock Report, Etc
• Responsible For Keeping Accurate Inventory
• Responsible For Storing Special Products Which Have To Be Stored Under Specific Temperatures And Conditions
• Coordinate With Other Warehouse Staff
• Follow FIFO And LIFO Process
• Receive And Track Shipments
• Verify Stock Qty Once A Week
• Responsible For Issuing Products Batch-Wise ( FIFO Process)
• All Material Inward Outward Should Be Updated On A Daily Basis
• Responsible To Check All The Material Should Go Through A Quality Check And Every Product Should Be Coded
• Ensure The Quality And Quantity Receive The Material From Suppliers
