Warehouse Executive

We are hiring for a leading manufacturer of EVA Foams & Footwear Fabrics.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager/Executive- 2 positions

Location: Bahadurgarh (Delhi NCR), Haryana and Calicut, Kerala

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager/Executive to oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of goods, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams to support the organization’s manufacturing and distribution objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.

· Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure alignment with system records.

· Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent stock discrepancies and wastage.

Storage & Organization:

· Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and efficient workflow.

· Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of goods to maintain easy accessibility.

· Handle fragile and perishable items with appropriate storage protocols.

Material Handling:

· Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods.

· Manage the loading and unloading of materials and finished products.

· Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to production teams as per requirements.

Dispatch & Logistics:

· Coordinate with Dispatch Supervisors and Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

· Prepare delivery schedules and ensure adherence to customer deadlines.

· Collaborate with transport providers for efficient and cost-effective logistics.

Compliance & Safety:

· Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and warehouse best practices.

· Conduct regular safety checks for equipment such as forklifts and other handling tools.

· Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to storage, transportation, and workplace safety.

Reporting & Coordination:

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, dispatch status, and warehouse efficiency.

· Liaise with PPC, Production, and Purchase teams to align inventory levels with production planning and procurement schedules.

· Highlight potential risks such as stock shortages, overstocking, or damaged goods to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in warehouse management software or ERP systems.

· Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.

· Ability to analyze and interpret stock data for decision-making.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Familiarity with lean warehousing practices is a plus.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
