Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our small but dynamic print team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is ready to take on various responsibilities within our warehouse. As a Warehouse Helper, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring orders are prepared, inventory is managed efficiently, and the workspace remains organized.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing products and materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Help with restocking shelves and ensuring inventory is properly labeled and stored.
• Support the team in loading and unloading shipments.
• Perform routine inventory checks and assist in tracking inventory levels (experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed in the printing process.
• Learn and grow within the role, developing skills in the printing and production environment.
Qualifications
• Willingness to Learn: No experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Positive Attitude: A great attitude and team spirit are essential.
• Motivated and Reliable: Must be self-driven and fully motivated to take initiative and stay on task.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move boxes/materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Inventory Experience: Previous experience with inventory management or similar work is a plus but not required.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members.
