Job Details

· Job Title: Warehouse Executive

· Location: Pune, Maharashtra.

· Department: Logistics & Warehouse Operations

· Experience Required: 1–5 years

· Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Operation Head

· Employment Type: Full Time Permanent

· Work Timings: +:30 am to 6:30 pm Working Days: Monday to Saturday , Week Off: Sunday

· Probation Period: 6 months

· Paid Leaves: 36 leaves in a year (Eligible only after getting confirmation letter)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Warehouse Executive for our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities including inventory handling, goods dispatch, inward material verification, and warehouse documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

· Dispatch goods as per delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics partners.

· Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management tools.

· Perform physical verification of stock periodically.

· Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and handling of materials as per company standards.

· Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for dispatch documents.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

· Maintain daily inward/outward and stock registers.

Preferred Candidate Profile and Key Requirements:

· Graduate or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce or related field.

· 1–5 years of warehouse or store management experience (preferably in industrial materials).

· Basic understanding of logistics, documentation, and stock systems.

· Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate-weight materials.

· Organized, punctual, and trustworthy.
