We’re looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to support our Operations & Maintenance team in NSW.
This is a permanent, full-time and onsite role, working from our Minto office location.
Based at our Minto warehouse, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running efficiently by ensuring technicians have the materials and equipment they need — when and where they need them. This is a hands-on, structured role that requires accuracy, care, and a strong safety mindset.
What you’ll be doing
Receiving, unpacking and verifying deliveries.
Recording, labelling and storing parts, spares and consumables.
Managing inventory systems and replenishing stock.
Preparing and dispatching equipment to the field.
Conducting regular stock counts and audits.
Supporting safe warehouse operations and field delivery logistics.
Collaborating with Maintenance Technicians and Project Engineers to meet demand.
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance standards.

What you’ll need
2+ years’ experience in warehouse or inventory control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred)
Current Forklift License (LF)
Full, valid Australian Driver’s License
Ability to pass pre-employment checks including driver history, criminal record, and medical.
