The warehouse partner who works in the first shift stocking Warehouse Labor position using a reach truck must be always willing to learn how to utilize technology or machinery to make work more efficient and seamless
Operate and manage different kinds of forklift machinery, including pallet jacks, standup lifts, and turret trucks, as part of daily work responsibilities
Continuously lift, transport, and reposition goods weighing up to 50 pounds
Hand-Held Devices Bring Efficiency to Barcode Scanning for Retailers
Able to manage tasks using a computerized pick-module
Improve the preparation of goods for shipping to PETCO outlets through efficient handling of warehouse goods and expediting movement and stocking of goods
This work involves multiple tasks that are routinely performed throughout the day and are similar in nature
While this job doesn't involve managing staff as a primary duty, there may be instances when management delegates additional tasks, such as providing functional guidance to colleagues
Due to the labor-intensive nature of this job, employees are routinely required to bend, lift (often over 50 pounds), carry, and climb
