The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and team leadership
The role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse processes to meet client needs and operational goals
Supervision & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards
Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor progress to meet operational targets
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, safety protocols, and operational updates
Operational Efficiency:
Coordinate and oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of client goods
Ensure all inbound/outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time
Optimize warehouse processes and layouts to maximize space and improve workflow efficiency
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting any issues to the Warehouse Manager
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods to minimize damage and loss
Health & Safety:
Enforce health and safety regulations in the warehouse, ensuring the well-being of all team members
Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards or unsafe practices to management
Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the team
Client Satisfaction:
Ensure service levels meet client expectations by maintaining accurate and timely order fulfillment
Collaborate with customer service teams to address client concerns and resolve issues

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
