Our client are seeking people to work in their Warehouse Operation based near Golborne, Warrington. The role is one which requires teamwork, collaboration and a flexible approach to work. The role involves unloading items from vehicles, ensuring the customer orders are kept separate and properly counted, and there is a requirement to ensure that you handle goods in a safe manner, using correct manual handling principles. There are also times where you may be asked to support the delivery team, acting as a porter, unloading goods and items at the clients premises. So you must be flexible towards this. Rates of pay start from £12.78 per hour worked, and the typical day will be + hours, working 8am-6pm. However, if the work finishes earlier, you can choose to finish early. If you are on the road, your finish time will dictate what time you actually finish. This is a friendly team, and you will not be one of many, it is a small team where everyone is respected and valued. Due to the nature of some of the clients they work with, all applicants will need to complete a DBS Form and the role may be subject to vetting processes.
The role is located near Golborne/ Lowton, so is commutable from Wigan/ Leigh/ Warrington
