Responsibilities
• Manage a variety of tasks including receiving packages, picking and shipping products both domestically and internationally.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all activities in line with good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).
• Lead projects to enhance operational excellence and safety. Create, revise, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as an authorized trainer and subject matter expert. Guide your team through complex tasks and troubleshoot process issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations, handle hazardous materials properly, and comply with all quality management system guidelines.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or material handling. Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic business systems and cGMP requirements. Experience with MS Dynamics GP and SOP execution is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with physical tasks including stooping, standing, and climbing.
