ABOUT SKYLINE ZIPLINES
Skyline Ziplines is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of zipline systems, trolleys, and adventure park equipment. Based in Whistler, BC — one of the world's premier mountain resort communities — we build product trusted by operators across six continents. Our team is tight-knit, high-performing, and proud of the craftsmanship behind every component we ship.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to own the full supply chain operation at our Whistler facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that touches everything from global freight and customs compliance to procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You'll work closely with our sales, admin, and inspection teams — and your work will directly support zipline installations around the world.
If you're someone who takes pride in a well-run warehouse, can navigate international shipping paperwork as confidently as you can stack a pallet, and enjoys being a key operational hub in a growing manufacturing company — this is your role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Shipping & Logistics
Manage local and international shipments via Freight, LTL, Ocean, Air, and courier (DHL, FedEx, FreightCom, Canada Post, and others)
Prepare and submit customs documentation for imports and exports through CBSA CERS and CARM portals, or via Wilson International for brokerage
Monitor all shipment progress to ensure on-time receipt and proactively resolve delays
Procurement
Source and procure all products required for manufacturing, sale, and supply
Identify and qualify alternative suppliers when margins or performance fall short
Inventory & Stock Management
Develop and maintain systems to ensure accurate stock levels at all times
Manage part numbers, SKUs, batch numbers, and heat numbers for all SkyTECH equipment and components
Maintain inventory tracking within accounting software, including quantities on hand and retail product margins
Warranty, Repairs & Back Orders
Process warranty claims for SkyTECH equipment and third-party supplier returns using correct forms and procedures
Coordinate repairs and ensure back orders are documented and fulfilled as quickly as possible
Order Fulfillment & Assembly
Oversee product assembly and order fulfillment for all clients and job sites
Manage the back stock room with appropriate shipping and storage techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
Quality Control on parts received and post-assembly.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with the sales team on repeat equipment orders and client logistics
Proactively identify upsell opportunities for parts, components, and equipment upgrades when processing client orders or managing ongoing accounts — and communicate these to the sales team or action them directly
Work with admin to ensure accurate client invoicing
Review inspection reports alongside field inspectors to flag maintenance, repair, or resale opportunities
Occasional travel to job sites and manufacturing locations as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
Solid working knowledge of international freight and Canadian customs processes (CBSA, CARM, CERS)
Experience with inventory/accounting software (Quickbooks, SOS Inventory, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail — especially around part numbers, documentation, and order accuracy
Comfortable working in both an office and hands-on warehouse environment
Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales, admin, and technical teams
Experience in a manufacturing or equipment supply environment is a strong asset
Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary: $55,000–$60,000 based on experience
Extended health and life insurance benefits following one-year probation
Two weeks paid vacation, increasing to three after two years
A role with real ownership and direct impact on a globally recognized product
A collaborative, adventurous team culture based in Whistler, BC
Opportunity to grow with a company at the leading edge of adventure industry manufacturing
