Job Description
Candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, or supply chain roles.
Must be available to join within 10 days (Immediate Joiner preferred).
Candidate must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound (inwards) and outbound (dispatch) processes.
Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining defined TAT (Turnaround Time) benchmarks.
Manage and monitor RTV (Return to Vendor) and RTO (Return to Origin) processes efficiently.
Raise and resolve tickets for incorrect or damaged returns, ensuring timely claims and refunds.
Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers to maintain optimal inventory levels across locations.
Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records and track shortages or discrepancies.
Plan and coordinate vehicle bookings and dispatch schedules to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Perform warehouse-wise stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy and control.
Ensure availability of dispatch-related materials (packaging, labels, etc.) to avoid operational delays.
Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to maintain efficiency in all inwards and outwards activities.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, aligning manpower planning with sales volume and operational demand.
Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,533.28 per month
