Role: WMS Consultant (Functional)
Experience: 4+ years
Position Description:
This role is primarily to work on professional services functional and business analyst activities. Expectation from this role is to support Solution design, extensions design, functional and business activities ensuring high customer satisfaction for Manhattan customers.
Position Requirements:
You’ll be responsible for conducting technical and functional discussions with Customer and business team to design, finalize and develop enhancements. You’ll develop operational flow, detail design documents, CRP demonstrations and implementation strategy. You’ll also be responsible for Stakeholder management and coordinate build deployment and release to Production. You’ll contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product. You’ll be working closely with the teams in coaching, mentoring and offering guidance from time to time. You’ll comply to common work processes standards, tools and coordinating testing activities across project teams to meet business and customer needs. You’ll also be overseeing the use of appropriate tools, ensuring quality procedures are followed and the projects released are bug-free. You’ll contribute towards the Knowledge base and Innovation forums
Skills Required:
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Domain. Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in Warehouse Management Solutions like Manhattan WMS, BY OMS
• Experience in customer-facing experience involving designing and implementing complex solutions
• Excellend interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Growth mindset
