Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Auckland region

Sunrise Distributors is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of productivity.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met, and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock takes.
Enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity.
Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
Ordering of the stock from the head office on weekly basis.
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field or minimum diploma in similar field.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Forklift certification (preferred).
