Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources
Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials for warehouse distribution
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, receiving, shipping, and customer service
Work with our in-house shop (screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing) to ensure projects are being produced and shipped on time
Communicate with our partners and keep them up to date on shipment status
Track and manage inventory
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Manage warehouse staff
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
