Loom Talent Limited have been exclusively appointed by a rapidly growing, well-known, in-house retailer in the Loughborough area, now in search for a Warehouse Manager.
Our client operates in the materials space for multiple prestigious clients, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
• Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
• Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
• WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
• Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
Key Candidate Requirements:
• Have a Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain background - Essential.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience at a Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Logistics Manager level - Essential.
• Have managed teams beyond 10+ employees through managerial reports - Essential.
• A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Advantageous.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
• Commutable to Loughborough - Essential.
Salary & Benefits Package:
• Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE).
