Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemical Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our chemical warehouse operations
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of warehouse staff
Additionally, this individual will be tasked with developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize risk
Direct and Monitor warehouse and tank farm personnel, operations and procedures to assure adequate supply of materials and supplies for manufacturing departments
Responsible for utilizing personnel and equipment to expedite processing of shipments and receipts in a safe and efficient manner
Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and also ensuring all products are shipped as per DOT/IATA/IMDG regulations
Responsible for meeting budgets for responsible areas
Works with Production and SCM to ensure accurate inventory thru cycle counts
Responsible for supporting third party warehouse operations as needed
Services provided within acceptable levels and costs
No injuries to personnel or the environment while compiling with domestic and international shipping laws
Support company objectives and targets
Ensure adequate amounts of materials are available when needed

• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work after normal business hours when required.
• Develop and maintain a close customer relationship.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages welcome.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Capability of working to tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• 5 years prior working experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Traffic, or other supply chain type function.
• Leadership experience
