Description

Reporting to the Regional Director, Event Management, the Warehouse Manager, Event Management will oversee the pre to post event warehouse responsibilities, from planning and preparation to execution and reporting. Event elements will often include staff/POS coordination, asset transportation, inventory management and production. You'll support all aspects of activity in market, in addition to implementing, process, policy, and compliance.
• You'll manage warehouse inventory for all local event activity, and are responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• You'll coordinate staff's weekly POS kits for events, including uniforms, special event assets, and machines.
• You'll ensure all assets/machines are available/operable for activations, will coordinate transportation and kit logistics of large event assets and machines, and will train staff on machinery for events.
• You'll prepare and track POS shipments and follow standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols for issue resolution.
• You're comfortable traveling within the assigned territories as you may be responsible for on-site display and asset setup and breakdown.
• You'll be on call and working some nights and weekends when event activations are taking place.
• You'll maintain Microsoft Teams and email communication with management and staff.
