Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a team, optimizing warehouse layout, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock counts and order fulfillment, to meet customer demands.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience-2 to4 years
• Graduation, Post Graduation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
